Job Description

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team of like-minded people for approaching some of the coolest tech companies for sponsorship packages for our hackathon event series.

Job responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for raising money/sponsorship fund through the sale of sponsorship packages for hackathon event.

2. Have proven experience in organizing and especially in approaching tech companies for sponsorship for hackathon event in college/ professional Hackathon events.

3. Engaging with the Tech companies using a variety of methods including Social Media, Phone, Email, in person at meetings and networking events for Sponsorship Packages.

4. Negotiating contracts/packages.

5. Approach companies through face-to-face meetings in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each event.

6. Research and develop a list of potential sponsors.

7. Keep precise records of conversations with all sponsors.

8. Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached.

9. Creation of sponsorship collateral as package option for sponsors.
