Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will provide professional treatments for any guest (male or female) including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treatments

Educated guests about individual massage and body treatment needs and other services available (Facials, Pedicures etc.)

Maintained positive guest relations at all times.

Handle the reception desk for short periods when the SPA Manager is away, if needed

Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.

Provides safe, appropriate and effective spa services.

Performs health history on clients and updated prior to each session.

Explains procedures and applies techniques appropriate to client needs and preference.

Have a thorough understanding of every spa service including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments, facials, massages.

Desired Profile Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in spa therapy

Formal certification (eg Cidesco) or Technical education in physiotherapy is preferred

• Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair.
• Exhibit a professional attitude, and an Ability to handle difficult situations.
• Uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of customers.
• Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base.
• Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling.
