Answers incoming telephone lines and takes and relays messages as required. Receives visitors and directs them as appropriate.
Performs routine typing and computer-related tasks and filing assignments for the Administrator and all department managers.
Carries out various clerical duties and prepares reports as required.
Sorts and directs incoming mail and processes outgoing mail to the post office.
Consult with Technical Support on product behaviour and provide assistance on complicated customer issue resolution.
