Job Description

Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases

Act as the primary liaison between company and your customers

Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings

Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems

Provide bills for your services, writing SQL queries, Database designing

Track and manage your work record

Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, product development, and consulting

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

Ensure all issues are properly logged

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
