Your role will require you to:
I. Apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the software
development life cycle, including requirements elicitation, application
architecture definition and design.
II. Create high-level design artefacts.
III. Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
IV. Work in a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged,
excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
I. Knowledge of software engineering basics, at least one programming language
(Java Preferred) and OS, knowledge of DBMS
II. Experience in Java/J2EE (including Java J2EE tools and frameworks like Spring,
Hibernate, Struts, Core Java, etc)
III. Knowledge of software development lifecycle
IV. Experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
V. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environments
VI. Analytical skills
VII. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
VIII. Knowledge in Information Technology
Technical Skills / Abilities
I. Operating System: Windows, Linux.
II. Languages: C, C++, Java, ASP.Net
III. Database: MySql
V. Framework: Hibernate, Struts2, Spring
VI. Other Knowledge: Design Patterns, OOAD and JDBC.
