*Roles & Responsibilities:*

· Training New Hire Batches,

· Should have good teaching and presentation skills.

· Ability to design training, including the methods.

· Providing the initial training on the Basics Grammar.

· Should be experienced in training on the topics like Soft Skills,

Communication skills.

· Responsible to conduct lectures as per the curriculum and ensure

that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule.

· Understanding the training need, views and knowledge about the

current training process.

· Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal

- Arrange and Participate in Internal and External Client Debrief.
- Submit Weekly Progress Reports and Ensure Data is Accurate.
- Forecast the Targets of the Trained Candidates to Be Placed and Make Sure to Meet Up with the Targets in Time.
