Job Description

Conducting Soft Skills / PDP classes for students of various UG and PG courses in the college and making them job-ready

Collaborate with management to identify both student training needs and HR hiring requirements in order to increase the placement rate.

Schedule appropriate training sessions

Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures

Research, plan and implement an effective training curriculum

Prepare hard or soft copy training deliverables such as module summaries, videos, and presentations

Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all students are performing according to training modules and fulfilling HR requirements

Conducting FDPs for teaching/non-teaching college staff

Conducting spoken English classes (classroom/remote) for students

Compering various in-house and off-campus college events

Taking Life Skills (Self Awareness, Critical & Creative Thinking, Coping with Stress, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Interpersonal & Intrapersonal, Empathy, Managing Emotions, Decision Making, etc. ) sessions
