Job Description

- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification.

- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.

- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Reports progress to senior marketing management.

- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.

- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.

● Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times. 
● Upload the Products on the website by coordinating with brands team and creative department. 
● Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries. 
● Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages. 
● Monitor and develop e-newsletters pertaining to the property and maintain all online channels to be accurate and brand. compliant according to company standards.
● Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. 
● Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes. 
● Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
● Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
● Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms. 
● Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
● Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of immediate competitors. 
● Any other responsibilities provided by the management.
