Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and

operaties at site

Degree in Civil Engineering

Set out, level and survey the site Min 3-5 years experience in

Construction for medium to

high value contracts

check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Willing to travel as and

when required

ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the

specifications

Strong interpersonal

communication skills

oversee the selection and requisition of materials 1-2 years experience in

construction for Railway

department(Preferable)

agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for

the intended project

Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity

surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project

day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the

site labour force and the work of any subcontractors

Make sure apprpriate measurements are noted in M.B. for raising bills

Overall supervision of QA/QC, Surveyors and Supervisor staff

Compliance with client requests with respect to Quality Control

lan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet

agreed deadlines

oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
