Job Description

Sales Executives:

1) Should have strong communication skills

2) Should have convincing skills.

3) Should be ready to work in shifts

4) Should achieve the monthly targets.

5) Should be passionate and have a Go Getter attitude.

6) Must have good knowledge of Computers (MS Office)

7) Must have a Valid Two Wheelers Drivers License

Sales Manager:

1) Work with Marketing Team to ensure consistent lead generation.

2) Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train prospecting process.

3) Train new salespeople to ensure success.

4) Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.

5) Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.

6) Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.

7) Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.

8) Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives.

9) Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.

10) Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.

General Manager:

1) Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.

2) Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

3) Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation

4) Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales
