Shipping Executive

Should be able to carry out all work related to container shipping which includes

· Commercial invoice preparation, packing list preparation, checking draft Bls,

· Preparation of all Pre & Pro shipment documents.

· Should have through knowledge on all port of USA, UK, Canada.

· Liaison with Freight Forwarders & CHA

· Liaison with Transporters

· Negotiate rates with Freight Forwarder & CHA

· Negotiate rates with Transporters

· Liaison with Suppliers for documentation

· Coordinating with Procurement Team , Marketing Team for execution of shipments.

· Maintaining and updating of Data sheets

· Graduation is compulsory
