2. Inventive New Ideas in Regards to Sales.

3. Attending B2b Business Meetings Independently and Sometimes With

the Help if Owner.

4. Pitching News Clients Through Own Grasping Power and Get It Convert in Sales.

5. Daily Reporting to Owner.

6. More Focused On Generating Hardcore Leads Constantly and Discussed

their Own Ideas with the Owner in Regards to Increase the Leads.

7. Good Performance Will Result Good Amount of Incentives.

8. Timely Follow Up with Operation Team in Regarding Boost the Sales

figures of Existing Clients.

9. 70- 80% Work Will Be In regards to Sales and Marketing Rest 20-30 %

work Will Be in Regards to Operation to Maintain the Co-ordination

between Sales Team and Operation Team. So They Both Will Be On The

Same Page.

10. to Inform and Discuss Every Strategy and Ideas with the Owner.
