job Responsibility :

1. Register the Complaint After Getting the Complaint Call from Customer.

2. Visit to Customer & Attend the Call

3. to Give the Service Visits :

a. Warranty,

b. Out of Warranty

c. Amc

4. to Make the Service Report Duly Signed & Stamped By Customer. ( Warranty Service Visit Without Charge, Out of Warranty Visit : Chargeable)

5. After Giving the Visit Follow Up for Po from Customer for Parts Quotation Ref with Service Report.
