b.sc. Computer Science or Equivalent Education

responsibilities:

answer Calls/web Tickets/emails Coming Into the Help Desk.

good Written and Oral Communication

communicate with End-users to Understand Their Support Requests.

enter, Organize, and Track Work Tickets.

willing to Work in Rotational Shifts.

coordinate with Team to Ensure Rapid Response Times and Follow-up with Customers.

ability to Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

excellent Interpersonal Skills.

ability to Absorb, Understand, Learn and Retain Information Quickly.

knowledge/understanding of Ms Office & Windows Troubleshooting/hardware Troubleshooting
