HANDLING INBOUND CALLS & TICKETS IN GSD.

EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH INTERNATIONAL SERVICE DESK CALLS IN AN INBOUND CALL TAKING ROLE.

HANDLING BASIC L1 QUERIES FOR THE USER.

INSTALL, UPGRADE,SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOT FOR PRINTERS AND COMPUTER HARDWARE.

PERFORM GENERAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TASKS FOR COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS AND PRINTERS.
