Job Description:-

Provide excellent chat and email support to resolve user tickets

Quickly identify and escalate user reported issues to the support team, lead and cross-functional

Partners

Knowledge and awareness in working on any support ticketing tools

Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation

And/or improvement

Follow strict guidelines and procedures (SLA)

Ability to follow the direction of management

Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality

Extreme low tolerance for errors

Excellent communication in English (Verbal and written)

Willing to work in rotational shift operations

All other tasks as assigning
