We are actively looking for Senior Service Engineer who shall be responsible to handle, repairs and services of our UPS/Inverters and Industrial batteries.

Responsibilities include:

Have to perform installation, validation and commissioning of company products.

Have to perform troubleshooting, service and repairs of company products

Have to perform maintenance of company products.

Need to provide utter most technical support to customers.

Have to provide onsite training to the customers

Need to interact with the concerned Departments to identify the RCAs.

Have to maintain Installation and service information in the company database.

Timely responses and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.

Proper & timely submission of all required paperwork.

Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.

Experience : 3 - 8 Years

Education : Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree
