We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects. Role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers. We are seeking our next high impact leaders. As the Senior Sales Manager- Premier Portfolio Management ., you will be responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring and providing training for our sales force and marketing staff. The ideal candidate who is energized at the idea of managing people to reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others.

In this key role, you will be developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and to improve efficiencies as well providing leadership, guidance, and support for the sales team. .

MBA Sales and Marketing will be preferred first.

Create listing and sales checklists Manage team to goal accomplishment. Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Mortgages. Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently. Management ability with team members, clients and vendors. Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff. Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more. Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work through out of week.

You have to find ways to achieve your monthly target and maintain our company's positive image. You are Responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects.

- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets

- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

- Report on sales
