Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our start-up involved in creating a unique model for bringing the freshest seafood directly from fishermen to consumers through our own aircraft. We sell our products through an online application and operate under the FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) model. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Proven experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the food or retail start up.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and platforms.

Experience in brand management, including brand development and positioning.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a marketing team.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Proven experience in BTL activation, event management, or experiential marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry.

Knowledge of the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus.
