Job Description

Manage the recruitment cycle i.e. calling the candidates, scheduling the face to face interviews, take the initial round of interviews etc.

Strong understanding of recruitment portal and tools.

Good knowledge on MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Independent sourcing of candidates through campus interviews, internal and external references.

Must have 1 year of experience in IT service/product based organisation.

Organizing walk-in and mass interviews.

Strong understanding of ideal source mix to mange attrition and cost.

Conduct interviews and hiring along with process owners.

On boarding & Induction of new joinees.

Implementation of companys HR policies & practices.

Good convincing skills and salary negotiation skill.

Excellent Communication in English is mandatory.

Ability to manage work pressure and deliver results as per business requirement.

Preparation of recruitment reports and employees salaries & leaves database.
