Job Description

EXPERIENCE: 4-8 Yrs

POSITION SUMMARY: Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling all queries and phone calls at the reception desk

Handling the POS system and billing at the desk

Familiarizing clients with our offerings Memberships, Birthdays, Gift Vouchers and Merchandise etc.

Handle birthday party bookings & queries and coordinating with the Marketing & Events Manager.

Pro-actively assist in selling Memberships.

Client servicing with members.

Assisting and briefing parents/guardians with our rules of play, rate card, membership packages etc.

Checking of cleanliness of the entire play center and filling cleanliness sheet.

Handling the school group morning and proactively calling schools.

Updating the Valet tracker on the daily basis.

Assisting with the monthly stock count for Merchandise, Socks etc.

Checking the stationery supplies and ordering should be done.

Ensure all promotional material, forms & disclaimers are up to date.

Assisting with other duties as directed and required
