create and Onboard Scrum Teams.

organize Scrum Events, Host Regular Sessions with Product Stakeholders About Projects.

host Daily Scrum Meetings, Get Project Updates, Address Potential Roadblocks, Ensure Project is On Track and in Scope.

build Project Plan, Assist/define Project Scope, Monitor Project Progress, Manage Changes to Project Scope, Timely Feedback, Dive a Culture of Agility and Learning.

facilitate Communication and Information Exchange Between Customers and Project Team.

create and Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation.

drive Team to Meet Deadlines and Desired Outcome.

support Development Team in Executing Product Vision, Based On Road-map and Growth Opportunities Defined.

support Product Owner in Effectively Managing Product Backlog.

ensure that the Team Always Has An Adequate Amount of Prior Prepared Tasks to Work On.

provide An Active Role in Mitigating Impediments Impacting Successful Team Completion of Release/sprint Goals Keep Abreast with Agile/scrum Best Practices and New Trends Lead and Coach Scrum Adoption.

define Kpis for Operations and other Projects.

bring Innovative or Creative Ideas to Improve the Project Execution.

experienced Working in Product-mode.
