Job roles include:

. Creating and conducting experiments

. Processing and analyzing results and experimental data

. Prepare or publish papers of the experiment

. Relate experiment with various science principles

. Search for relevant videos and prepare related materials for teaching.

. Good communication skills to be able to interact with parents

. Product development and kit preparation for teaching demonstration

. Teaching, demonstrating and supervising students and training other members of the staff. . Problem solving ability while demonstrating hands on education

. Conduct technology classes and developing courses for electronics, automation,etc.

. A results-oriented history of personal-achievement

. A belief that all students, regardless of background and current ability, can succeed in high school, college, and life

. A data-driven mindset
