Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement the in-house face to face/Tele-Facing fundraising strategy with the aim of increasing income from face to face /Tele-Facing fundraising channel.

Participate in f2f fundraising activities with the team (app. 75% of the position), this requires travel capacity in order to follow-up the activities.

Recruit, train and manage a team and develop them as leaders.

Inform potential donors / donors, accurate information regarding assigned client as per the training provided.

Acquisition approach for new donors.

Investigate and develop best face to face fundraising practices to enable CFF to lead and innovate within the Indian fundraising market and to maximize long-term responsible income

Malls and companies: organizing permissions for malls and companies of interest for f2f activity, establishment of contacts and cultivation of contacts

Undertaking any other reasonable task that the Head of Fundraising sees fit for the smooth running of the team.

Qualification and Skills:

Graduate from any stream with 2-3 years of Fundraising experience,

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English,

Good presentation skills,

Be willing to travel as per work requirement,

Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the Organisation

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of any other language, Experience of working in the social / development sector

Able to work with under pressure.

Attention to details and accuracy.
