We have an urgent opening for the profile of Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer for Footwear Industry. The job responsibilities are given below:
Sales
To look after a defined territory - HQ and/or nearby towns servicing 3-5 distributors
To visit retail market regularly as per the given PJP/ Beatplan for a particular market/ town
To visit all potential retailers through respective Distributor/s for minimum 20 days in a month
To collect secondary orders
To give orders to distributors
To keep track of dispatches from distributors to retailers
To cover the given territory extensively in order to add new outlets
Market Trend
To collect and submit information on competitive articles
Be self-aware of the new articles of the company & create same awareness to distributor and retailer in terms of sharing product briefs
Keep track of trade schemes offered by the competitors
Prospecting
To assist and distribution footprint expansion
(a) Keep track of parties interested to take distribution of any of our product line
(b) If interested (if any)report to RO/HO (as informed)
(c) Market mapping to identify new distributor as per agreed expansion plan.
(d) Keep a background check of the same - Area, reputation, financial ability etc.
