To give Strategic inputs to Zonal Management for business plan, growth and expansion.

To focus and achieve annual targets for the business areas.

Prepare short term (2 Years) and long Term (5 Years) Growth Plans for business areas and develop strategies

for achievement thereof.

After Market Interaction for dealer/ customer satisfaction, product feedback, and for resolution of warranty


Communication and Coordinate policies, price and product related announcements in business area across the

Zone and follow through for effective implementation.

Team Management: People Management, team building, team motivation, planning and delegation for maximum

customer coverage and satisfaction.

Developing organization under him for maximum customer reach and satisfaction,

Prepare and submit periodic forecast for:
