Ongoing mentoring and development of the Emerging Small Business sales team which

includes recruiting, hiring and training new Reps on sales process

Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive

Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management

Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results.

Requirements:-

A sales manager with a proven, successful background in sales of 7+ years, ideally sales

management for last 5 years in the SaaS domain, and in building, inspiring and

Working knowledge/experience of the CRM/Salesforce/Saas.

Experience of handling international clients.

Extensive software sales experience in an individual contributor and management

roles, including sales management experience

Team Management and team handling.

Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
