Job Description

Marketing Responsibilitie

- manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

- conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

- analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information

- develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

- manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

- monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

- determine and manage the marketing budget

- deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

- develop pricing strategy

- liaison with media and advertising

- Exhibition & Marketing Plans

- Data sheet & status

- Coordination & Project report order status

- Online Marketing

- News letters

- Complete visits and plans: Cards/Contacts/Products wise profile

- Outdoor visits & plans

- Receive Customer enquiries

- Get Complete information of customer’s requirements technical & commercial

- Get clarification of technical issues of customer requirement from Directors

- Send quotations [Offer] after due review of technical & commercial

- Negotiate with customers and communicate revisions/responses in consultation with Directors

- Follow up with customers for orders, advance payments. Pending payments etc.

- Follow up with customers for technical/drawing approvals, feedback, on-site inspections, after Sales Service, complaints etc
