Summary of Position :
- The said position will be responsible for planning & execution of sales targets, developing relationships with existing & new clients & maximizing new business opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing Client Acquisition, Business Expansion, Client Relationship, and Retention with specific Embassy & Consulates as well as Company Global sales to Travel Trade and Corporate Clients
- Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives
- Maintains sales volume and strategy by keeping in view current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Responsible for developing business from Ministry of External Affair's department like Protocol, ICCR, ICWA, FSI etc
- Responsible for developing business from Protocol Department of Other Ministries and Other Govt. Departments Eg. Air force, Navy, Army, MIFD, DRDO etc
- To handle client escalation and emergency assistance
- Responsible to track all VIP duties and ensure all process are aligned with the standards process.
- To ensure self capability building in Sales skills.
- Attend customer visits and handle client queries and complains specially key clients
- Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for client and co-ordinate with different internal teams to solve issues (if any) between client & company like for billing, collection, operations etc.
- Sell Company Global product (Company Chauffeur Drive-worldwide) to Travel Trade and Corporate clients
