Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of remote Sales Executives to achieve targets

• Ensure all Key Performance Indicator targets are reached across all areas of sales and customer service

• Provide the primary communication channel between site staff, sales, and marketing department.

• Ensuring successful conversion of leads and generate business through them.

• Provide knowledge/expertise to react to market conditions

Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in the field of marketing Villas and Apartments

• Ms office, Pleasant and trustworthy

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
