Position: Sales Manager
Educational qualification: . / (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering) or BSc. Graduate from reputed university or MBA or BBA
Work Experience:
1. MANDATORY to have experience in THERMAL INSULATION & or COATINGS industry.
2. MANDATORY to have served clients from: Petrochemical & Refineries, Power, Chemical & Fertilizers, HVAC, LSTK contractors, Automotive, Marine industry, Etc
3. Minimum 8 years previous sales experience in industrial markets selling directly to PSUs, OEMs & Private Companies/Contractors with a strong track record.
4. Will be responsible for obtaining annual sales program for territory as assigned by Company management.
5. Develops new accounts, markets, applications, and sales of new products in accordance with the Company's Business Plan.
6. Maintains the highest level of knowledge possible of the Company's products, applications, services, and policies.
7. Services all customers within the assigned territory.
8. Provides Company management with market information and competitive update.
9. Penetrates and develops new accounts while maintaining existing business and integrating product/process and application knowledge into a successful territory plan.
10. Operates within assigned budget. Manages channels of distribution. Review customer complaints and their evaluation process, and recommend improvements to prevent similar occurrences
