Responsible for promoting Banquet sales and food and beverage sales,
To look after booking arrangements for individuals, groups and tours etc.
To be focused on Corporate client.

1 Candidate have ability to represent the company & brand
2 understand the need of the customer and discuss the venue and menu with them
3 show all our venue as per guest requirements.
4 coordinate with guests for food trail before and in function
5 finalize deal with help of co staff and close booking
6 negotiate prize with guest.
7 follow-up by call or by mail to guest for part payment before their function.
8. keep in touch with guest till function for successfully function done .
9 coordinate with guest and vendor for guest theme planning /decor planning /dj setups/ photography part /menu planning etc.
10 coordinate with existing operation manager and general manager for closing function successfully done.
11 suggest new ideas of event to guest and plan execute event accordingly with the help of team. 12 Engage in Direct Sales Activity during non busy hours to generate Leads and New Memberships
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience:5 - 10 Years (With Banquet Sale & Hotel conference Booking)
Experience : 2 - 7 Years

Education : Any Bachelor Degree
