Job Description

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans

Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings

Establish sales leads and manage timely closure of Sale Orders.

Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate

interest in sales

Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas

Interact with customers / sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to

evaluate sales strategy and results

Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business

Follow-up on potential sales leads

Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction

and future revenue

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and

expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with other agencies on lead generation.

Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Problem solving attitude and temperament.

 Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
