Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain and pursue a daily target of Outbound Calls, Email and follow-ups
Generate new leads through all Inside Sales Channels and help Sales Team meet its revenue target
Maintain Best Practices of internal CRM tool. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM or other sales management system.
Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
Qualify the leads through certain metrics and setup client meetings for further nurturing and closure.
Do appropriate research for client mapping, use cases, database building.
Run various campaigns and learn and develop innovative strategies post each one
Understand consumers : Who are our target consumers, what are their needs
Build relationships with new clients and develop and maintain healthy relationships with old clients
Making Market Research a part of your daily activity to remain up to date about the market, competition, clients etc.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the companys people and capabilities.
Understand the companys goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the companys performance.
Requirements
Qualification: BTech / BBA / English Hons / BCA
Experience of IT Inside Sales preferably in a Cloud/Big Data analytics organization.
Experience of 2-5 years. Prior experience of technology sales is a plus, but not necessary
Patience and Perseverance is a must. Experience of cold calling, follow-ups is required
Proficient with corporate pitch and web presentation tools
Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and fluency in speaking
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Individual performer and achiever
Good knowledge about IT/Software
Ability to take ownership and drive things. Should have great attention to detail
Should have Networking skills
