Job Description

Experience

1. Preferably from the Security Industry with a Sales/ Marketing background

2. 10-12 years of experience and at least 4-5 years in the security industry

3. Institutional & Corporate sales experience in Security Services Field

4. Sharp Commercial acumen & negotiation skills

5. Competitive Knowledge of Security Services Industry

6. Excellent Computer literacy desired for making presentations,

7. Excellent Oral, Written & presentation skills

8. Possess vehicle

Responsibilities

1. For the Sales Revenue Target of the company

2. Be field orientated and make sales calls with team

3. Assigning targets and follow up with branch locations on a regular basis

4. Performance of Sales Team Members

5. Collections

6. Expansion plans as articulated by management.

7. Recruitment & training of Field Staff

8. Set up branches in new locations

General

This is a very senior position in the organization reporting to the Directors of the company. Highly motivated smart individuals with a hunger for taking up the challenge to take the company to a Leadership status are required.He will be a key member and contributor to the Think Tank of the company. Most of all a Very Positive Attitude is essential.
