Job Description

We are looking for sales manager(s) who will lead our business development effort for the specific cities/regions (mentioned below) to deliver on our objective of sourcing the eligible and deserving small businesses onto Company platform. As a manager you will be responsible for developing your territory specific sales strategy, develop strong prospects pipeline or network, promote Company Finance and its products/services, source and onboard customers by providing required information, engage with back-office and other functions as needed, providing management level reporting on regular basis, develop deep market insights and share with the management on periodic basis.

We are looking for individuals who are curious, have attitude to learn new things, have patience and perseverance to build strong base of happy and loyal customers. As sales manager, we expect candidates to have a 2+ years of relevant experience in doing sales. It could as sales of any business services or products however experience in selling financial products (loans, investments, insurance) will be preferred. Candidate must have experience of doing on field sales and has a flair for developing relationships. Candidate should have good understanding of basic business finance, accounting and general business practices. Candidate should have reasonable familiarity with computers, basic packages like MS Office and ability of using smart phone apps. Candidate should be hold a graduate degree (B.Com or BBA degree will be preferred)
