Sales Manager - HR Software

Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be in charge of Generating New Business with a Consultative approach. You will have a 'Hunter' mentality with a passion for Sales. You will have the ability to work alone, independently and with a team. Serving Corporate and Public Organisations across the area. In charge of your own proposals, generating of new leads and maintaining your relationships with potential clients.

4-7 year of experience in HR Software, experience working within large, complex organisations and strong ability to identify key stakeholders. A self-starter with the hunger to achieve results autonomously along with proven history of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills, a professional consultative approach and strong business acumen. Stakeholder management and experience in dealing with a wide range of C level and mid-level decision makers. Thrive on identifying potential clients, developing and implementing account management strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate.
