Job Description

We are looking for Highly Motivated Sales Executive (ERP Software Sales). The Sales Executive will be responsible for moving an identified opportunity through the sales cycle to a closed deal with the support of others this role incorporates a great deal of team selling. The Sales Executive will drive the sales process from initial contact to signed contract and create a tailored sales approach for each prospective client through discovery and needs analysis with the assistance of support resources throughout the process.

Identifying new sales leads

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Visiting client Pitching products and giving demonstration.

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

Maintaining fruitful relationships with customer

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the companys products

Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

Planning and preparing presentations

Providing management with feedback

Knowledge of Enterprise Software solutions (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Manufacturing et. al.). SAP experience a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with aggressive growth targets.


Ability to learn any software (ERP) product

Experience in Software sales is an added advantage

Willing to travel to various locations.

Good business sense & a deep understanding of marketing principles

Good communication and presentation skills

Negotiation skills
