Job Description

Business Development, Distributor Handling, & Team management, Modern Trade and Institutional sales.

• New Product Launching & market analysis. A proactive leader and planner with experience in strategic planning, market plan execution, budgeting &pre-sales efforts with skills in staffing and marketing.

• Evaluating Stockist’s on the parameters of distribution, financial strengths, and market control.

• Monitoring inventory Control, thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the market demand and implementing effective logistic strategies.

• Maintain relationships with Retailer and Distributors ensure regular Purchase cycle is maintained and preparing Sales and Sales Related Reports Including Daily Call Reports, Weekly Reports, Monthly Sales Plan Etc.

• Meeting the monthly target with wide spread distribution.

• Provide market Intelligence to the Business Head about market trends & shifts, competitors & customer information and new product performance.
