Job Description

Responsibilities:

To cover large territories and do direct sales.

To do product demos and convince the customers on benefits of the product.

Support the preparation of the necessary sales plans and issue progress reports on deliverables.

Ensure that the customer requirements are well understood, defined and documented.

Achieve defined sales targets for the assigned territories

Report of Field activity and Market feedback on time.

To coordinate and follow up with authorized distributors to ensure clinician approvals are converted into orders, and supplies made in time.

To install the product and train the end users.

To identify new markets within one's territory, acquire new businesses, build trust with KOL's etc

To obtain market and competitors data

To Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented properly.

Skills & Competencies:

Good Communication, Direct Selling, Knowledge of Medical devices ECGs & Monitors, Customer Convincing, Product Demonstration.

Should have passion for Sales, Hard Working & Disciplined, Good Learning Curve, Willing to extensively travel, should own a Bike, Enthusiastic and Energetic.
