Job Description

- Representing our companys products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs

- Understanding the business landscape of the city deeply and creating strategies to penetrate the market

- Generating leads by identifying prospects and making appointments converting them and follow up with existing clients maintaining a high customer relationship in all service categories

- Meeting monthly quota given to each person in the respective city by smart work and hard work

- Coordinating with the other sales executives in the territory for the collective effort of achieving the goals and customer requirements

Job Specification :

- Education level: Minimum Graduation

- Experience:

o For Sr. Development Manager : 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience

o For Business Development Manager : 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience

- Ethics and integrity of the highest degree

- Specific skills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress, competitive

- Strong communication skills (via phone, email or in-person)

- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

- Speaks English and Hindi fluently

- Good knowledge about the Gujarat retail market (will be given preference)

- Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary

- Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
