Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Will be responsible for complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Will be responsible for sales & marketing.

Will initially work for sale of residential apartments at Bachupally.

Will be responsible for sale of residential properties like Flats, Villas and Plots.

Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.

Follow up leads and convert it into sales.

Generate new leads through channel/Agents in real estate.

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets.

Able to negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement.

Updating all necessary information in the ERP.

Preferably evaluate and execute marketing campaigns.

Deliver reports to the Management.

Desired profile

Looking for Graduate with Min 2 Yrs in Real estate exp.

Candidate from builders and channel partners company preferable.

Candidate should have excellent negotiation skills.

Must be fluent in speaking Telugu, Hindi & English.

Should have strong experience in sales closure.

Experience in Handling Channel Partners.

Experience in On boarding Channel Partners (Individual / Corporate).

Should be target oriented and customer focused with good analytical skills.

Preferable to have suitable experience in leading a small team of sales executives.
