Location: Hyderabad/Remote*

Role: Sr. Bench Sales - US IT Staffing / US IT Recruiter - Bench Sales / Sr IT Recruiter US Bench Marketing

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants

Extensively working on different job portals.

Expertise in screening & evaluating the candidates as per the US clients standards.

Submitting H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT consultants with Tier1 vendors /Direct Clients.

Sourcing the right requirements and submitting the consultant profiles on various job portals & networks.

Rate negotiation, following upon interview schedules & onboarding the consultant.

Supervisory experience in End to End bench marketing process is preferred.

Build network across the IT industry using professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.

Understanding Tier1 vendors/ Implementing /Direct Clients job requirements and submitting the suitable profiles from our bench consultants.

Must Have:

Should possess awareness and excellent presentation, verbal communication & organizational skills.
