Job Description

1. Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customer

2. Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics

3. Execution of marketing and branding campaigns at store

4. Maintain store staff by orienting and training employees

5. Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees

6. Planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

7. Achieve monthly and annually Sales target

8. Ensure availability of Bike stock and maintain inventory

9. Secure bikes by implementing security system and measure

10. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying legal requirement

11. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

12. Fulfill stores operational requirement by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up work


Who Can Apply For Role:

1. Minimum 01 year of Field Sales Experience

2. Candidates from Auto mobile industry would be the Ideal Choice

3. Can also Prefer the candidates from BFSI / Telecom / FMCG

CTC offered 2.5 LPA (Offered CTC will be completely depending upon the last drawn and interview of the candidate.)
