Job Description

Desired Candidate: -Achieving sales targets.

-Developing sales strategies.

-Doing cold calls and ensuring database is generated to achieve sales

-Responsible for Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.

-Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales/ support function and timely work completion of customers.

-Generate meetings over the phone with Retailers.

-Minimum 1 year experience in Direct sales./ Freshers With Good Communication Skills.

-Must possess an Android phone.

-Dotcom experience preferred.

-Excellent sales and negotiation skills

-Good business sense

-Excellent communication and 'people skills'

-Good planning and organizational skills

-The ability to work calmly under pressure

-Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
