Leads will be generated from the assigned branch
Major work will be agency business development
Need to achieve revenue targets set by the company
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Train and guide the team to get insurance agents on board
To build strong brand image of the company in the market
Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
Coordinate with team for Partners / Agents for insurance vertical
Building relationship with key decision makers of the corporate
Maintaining MIS reports for payments with concerned departments
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
Generating premiums from various agents and providing a best service to retain the agents
The key responsibility of this role is to build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner
Supervising the team of Unit Managers &Dealers ,in terms of assigning tasks,evaluating their performance and taking steps in order to enhance growth.
Arranging dealer meetings with top management of the company to get a comfort level to increase the business shares at the dealers point.
