Job Description

Implement the in-house face to face/ telefacing fundraising strategy with the aim of increasing in come from face to face/ interfacing fundraising channel.

Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes.

Recruit, train and manage a team and develop them as leaders.

Inform potential donors / donors, accurate information regarding assigned client as per the training provided.

Acquisition approach for new donors.

Malls and companies: organizing permissions for malls and companies of interest for f2f activity, establishment of contacts and ‘cultivation’ of contacts

Skills Required

Graduate from any stream with an experience in outbound Sales,

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English,

Good presentation skills,

Be willing to travel as per work requirement,

Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining
