JD for Digital Marketing Manager to be hired for OB:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
(includes tracking and designing appropriate campaign structure, creative ad development/approval,
monitoring campaign performance and making necessary adjustments).
- Manage Social Media presence (design , build and maintain) along with potentially AD buying.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and
KPIs):
- Campaign analysis includes the design, execution, and analysis of AB tests, applying knowledge of basic
statistics to assess validity of results.
- Ensuring alignment and relevance of all creative / communication to customer needs.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and provide campaign
development support.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and
customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
appropriate.
Requirements Of The Role:
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
