Job Description

• Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them

• Provide advisory / consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.

• Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.

• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

• Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales

• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events

• Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro ¯o economics on the sector

• Weekly updation of Sales Report and daily updating Booking Summary to supervisor

• Coordinating with Clients regarding Payments, Legal Documents pending if any.

• Coordinating with the Contractors and Site Engineers for the progress of the Projects.

• Participating in project’s events, launch, ads and exhibitions arranged by the company
