Sales Executive (M/F)
Looking for Sales Executive for Real estate industry who can oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for entire sales team, sales training and product training, sales review and target achievement.
Site visits of clients, customer relation and closing. Generation of leads and converting it into bookings, selling of flats and bungalows.
Sales support and Sales Services
Candidate will be responsible to get the new lead.
and client from various property portals & Social sites.
Handling all the prospect customers till the final closure.
Candidate will monitor entire team sales target and individual target.
Candidate will be responsible for the end to end process of sales till closure and agreement signed in discussion with management.
Candidate will be responsible for communication with banks , home loans , documentations and final closure of payment and follow up
Required Skills -
Negotiation Skills : To be well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
Communication Skills : To interact with property sellers, prospective buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate
Organizational Skills : Able to manage several projects and mediate between property buyers and sellers.
Qualification -
Preferred MBA in Real Estate & Construction Industry
